Lizett Martinez Schreiber JD

Lizett has been practicing law since 2009, after she moved to Ohio from Texas. Lizett is a veteran trial lawyer, having worked as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, and has taken many cases to verdict in both jury and bench trials. Lizett's prior experience in public policy informs her approach to problems and legal disputes to creatively achieve the best resolution for her clients. Lizett is passionate about leveraging technology to help her clients and in protecting individual's digital privacy rights.  

Lizett is licensed in Ohio, and the federal courts of Ohio. She is a proud graduate of The University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas School of Law.

Lizett spends much of her free time with her many kids and pets, and is passionate about giving back to the youth of her community. She was elected to the Olentangy Local Schools Board of Education in 2023, and is serving a term from 2024-2028.  

Lizett is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, and is fluent in Spanish. She is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and mentors law students to help increase the percentage of Latinx attorneys in the United States.
